I called last week and told Tim Krolak that I needed seal replaced on driver side rear door. Tim ordered the piece and told me to call him when I got back from vacation. I texted Tim on Tuesday and he told me to come in Wednesday. I dropped my car off at 10:30 and got a text at 1:00 that it was ready. I also had my oil changed. Tim also instructed me that they thought front brakes need to be replaced. I told him I would make an appointment later for that. I always feel that Tim will do me right.
