Just closed a deal on a New SR5 Tundra CrewMax 4x4 at Shottenkirk Toyota Weatherford, Tx. I was dealing with Jimmy for about 2 weeks over the phone and text. We went to make a deal on Jan. 31 and when we arrived Jimmy was very cordial and professional. We went for a test drive and then came back to do the deal. There was a small hiccup with the deal and managers got involved. I was not happy and walked out. Before I left the parking lot Jimmy found me and we resolved the problem and proceeded with the deal.
