I definitely give this dealership 5 stars. I've taken my car to 2 other dealerships in Houston area and decided to take my car to the shottenKirk dealership. in Weatherford, to see if they could fix a noise, I've been hearing that is definitely not normal. And was told by the other 2 dealerships that it was normal. And Mike Pfender actually took the time to listen to the noise i was talking about and told me that he would definitely get it in there and get it looked at, and if anything was wrong with it, they would get it fixed and they absolutely got it fixed. Noise was gone and i'm super happy cause it was driving me insane. I am absolutely one hundred percent satisfied With the service they provided and the fact that they didn't brush me off, and they actually listened to the problem. Thank you guys sooo much!
