I bought a used vehicle here and it was a complete lemon. I tried reaching out multiple times but no one would reach back out to me. I finally sold the car (to cut my losses) and when I reached out to David (sales manager) to get a refund on my "Shottenkirk Care" because NOTHING was covered and I was repeatedly ignored when trying to rectify the situations. David said he wished I would have come to them before selling the car...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? When explaining that I had multiple times giving dates that I made contact, and no one would help or respond to my messages, David said they couldn't help me or refund the "Shottenkirk Care" package that turned out to be useless. The "Shottenkirk Care" is a complete scam. Run from this dealership as they don't take care of their customers once they walk out the door.

I went to Shottenkirk Toyota on 05/16/2022 looking for a Chevrolet Tahoe. I met Havin Hill, the sales rep. I told him what I was looking for and that I had seen online that they had a 2016 Tahoe that I was interested in. The price online was 32K. Havin Hill was extremely nice and helpful. He gave me two Tahoe's to pick from. I picked the Tahoe that suited me best. I knew the Tahoe was used. 05/16/2022 the date of my purchase the mileage on the 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe was 103572. I purchased several warranties for the used Tahoe in the belief that they would cover any and all things for my vehicle. I paid 10k in warranties through Shottenkirk Toyota Weatherford and ETHOS GROUP INC. Shottenkirk Customer Care was $1,995.00. Prepaid Maintenance from ETHOS was $1,495.00. Ethos Mechanical Breakdown was $6,640.00. The financial woman told me that the warranties would cover bumper to bumper. I went ahead and got all the warranties because it was a used car and had over 103k miles on it under the impression that my warranties would cover it. What I did not know and what they did not tell me is that they sold me the Tahoe as is. I don't understand why they sold me 10k in warranties when they didn't cover any of the problems that came up in the first month of owning the Tahoe. I had to replace the battery on the Tahoe within 3 days of getting it from Shottenkirk. The check engine light came on in the Tahoe. I have family that are in the mechanical field. I had them run a test for me to tell what the codes were for. At that time it was fuel issues codes. I took my Tahoe to Shottenkirk to have them look at the codes and to see if they would repair the issues. After waiting 45 minutes the Service Manager Tim Krolak came out to tell me that it was just a censor and they cleared the code. I knew that was wrong. At that point I felt I was lied to and Shottenkirk lost my trust in that moment. I took my Tahoe to Jerry's GM in Weatherford TX on 06/07/2022 they had to replace my fuel injectors. None of my warranties covered the bill. I paid $1,448.00 when I picked up my Tahoe. The check engine light came on again and I took it back to Jerry's GM to get serviced 06/22/2022. This time the Catalytic Converter had to be replaced. Once again my warranties didn't cover the service. The amount was for $2,417.39. I paid once again out of my pocket. In total in those couple of weeks I paid $3,865.78. Fast track to today 09/28/2022 my Tahoe is back at Jerry's GM. I took in yesterday 09/27/2022 because the Tahoe stalled on my children and I as we were driving on the HWY. I felt the Tahoe was unsafe for my family. Today 09/28/2022 I went to Shottenkirk Toyota to speak with the general manager Barry Schwerdt. I was met outside by a sales rep. I didn't get his name. He said to give him a moment. I waited outside as he went inside to get me the GM. 2 men came out and greeted me outside. They approached me and asked me what they could do to help me? I asked each of them if they were the GM. Each of them said no. I asked if the assistant GM was available and they said no. They said their GM was out of town. I asked the 2 men for their names and at first they would not give them to me. Finally Brandon introduced himself but did not tell me what his role was. I asked the men if we could go inside and sit? They said yes. I brought my contract from the sale on the Tahoe and all the work that I had to do to the Tahoe and simply asked them to please buy the Tahoe back and do the right thing. Brandon said to give him a minute and that he would be back with an answer. Brandon came back and said that they do not buy cars over 100k miles. I know for a fact that is a lie. My Tahoe was sold to me at 103k. I looked on their website today and they have several used cars for sale with over 100k miles. I also learned that Brandon Cooper I is the internet director. Brandon offered me the opportunity to trade my Tahoe in for a different vehicle. When I said no he proceeded to tell me how wrong I was for not taking the Tahoe back to them when it came back on again after their Service manager Tim Krolak cleared my car code and lied about the issues. That's when I tried to explain to him that I bought 10k in warranties. Brandon still said he couldn't help me. I told Brandon he would be hearing from my lawyer. Brandon then said he could no longer speak to me. I did go to my lawyer when I left there. Come to find out my lawyer could not help because Shottenkirk did not check the boss that allowed my warranties to work. So I am reaching out to the Attorney General for help. Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford is full of lies and scams. I do not recommend Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford.

They lie about prices mandatory make you buy shottenkirk care for $1995 tons of hidden fees. The. They won’t help you and ignore calls. I would stay far away from these people. Not only does my daughter have to pay the overpriced car. Now to fix it for $1000 which was all her graduation money . Peggy in service was rude us, Brandon the manager was completely unhelpful. I regret buying here. They are truly a shotty place

Original Post: Dealer wouldn't negotiate whatsoever on a used car. Salesperson ghosted me for several hours. Called back and ended up with a rude sales person. When I went to negotiate, they said they would only take list. Avoid them. Extra: Since then I was told to call the Manager for more detail. I called without being annoyed/angry and asked what the car is out the door unrelated to taxes. On their site the car is listed for $37,298. On Truecar the car is listed for the $36,928 or somewhere around there (with the Truecar price). When I asked the Manager what the price would be out the door, I was told $43k. The car new was only worth $40k. They added on their "reconditioning fee". If you read any other review that talks poorly about them, they are obviously a scummy dealer trying to pull a fast one on people. This will be shared on social media (besides this review page), which will give people a fair warning of what this dealer is trying to pull. A $5-6k markup on a used car is insane, hence why this car has been sitting for four months. If you KBB this car, it is worth between $34k-$38k. Shoutout to manager's for at least being honest (If you ask them specifically). If you read some reviews, there are a few people who have driven over an hour just for this bait and switch to happen. I can't wait to see the default response they send to everyone that calls them out for bait and switch. I called a Manager, and this is what I got. "Thank you for your feedback. We would like to extend our most sincere apologies. Due to current market volatility, we are pricing our vehicles immediately following an acquisition. All are reconditioned and made ready for immediate sale. The internet price is the advertised price plus reconditioning, tax, title, license, and any dealer installed options. Inquired about a Dodge Durango drove out for a meeting with Alexander, a sales guys we never met but ended up working with Aubrey another sales guy. Aubrey brought a car (20 min later) that was not washed and had two low on air tires that were "super clean" when makes me think the tires we just put on the SUV. Another reason is that the tire gauges were malfunctioning and Aubrey seemed uninterested in finding out the issue or resolution. We agreed on the price and sat down and we were shown a price $4000 higher than what we agreed upon. At this point he begin to say how much he can come down on the price but we cannot do the price we agreed upon. - poor test drive - 6 inch hole in front bumper that was covered with Tape - sales manager allowed a sale to walk away.

Warning shottenkirk Toyota Weatherford This dealership used "bait and switch tactics" which is illegal in this state by the way. My son attempted to buy a truck this weekend. This truck was listed at $16,872. We liked the truck and were going to buy. We were going to pay with cash. In the office we were given the paperwork which showed almost 5k in accessory fees added on. The explanation for this was completely illogical and more importantly illegal. Two different salesmen told us two different things regarding the pricing of the truck. This experience was clearly a "bait and switch" tactic in order to trick people into paying 33% more for the truck/car they want.

As your clients we have purchased 5 vehicles from this location. Since 2015 we have faithfully serviced our 2015 ford pu here as well. Approximately 6 months ago we had our highlander serviced. At that time another customer was bad mouthing the length of time it was taking. Although it was taking longer than normal we were not letting her attitude influence our visit. This recent visit was different. We had an appointment at 9:30. We paid our bill and returned to our truck at 11:56. 2.5 hours after our time slot which was, according to you, an appropriate time. Is this a case of overbooking? The same afternoon, Monday the 19th, I left a voicemail for Mr. Mike Kessler to return my call. On Wednesday the 21st, I left a second voicemail this time for Mr. Barry Schwerdt to return my call. I am writing this on Friday the 23rd and I have yet to hear from either gentlemen. We are so disappointed and feel certain this is not acceptable customer service standards.

Dread the buying experience!
Dread the buying experience!! Financed a used $30K truck. Prior to delivery, it had to go into the shop for a few repairs, alignment, new front tires, and detail. The salesman suggested giving him a week to get it done. We waited to finalize for a week. Headed back to the dealership, waited 5 more hours for a detail. took delivery of the truck, drove 3/4 of the way home and the truck broke down. Fuel rail problems, turbo problems, DEF fuel problems. Since it was 9PM and the day before they were closed for a day, I texted my salesman and sent all the photos of the issue from the code reader. During the middle of the week, I got a text saying he had spoken to his service department and they suggested I bring the truck back. I exclaimed that the truck is basically not driveable at this point without having some safety concerns. We arranged to drive it in on the following Saturday. When I got there, he suggested taking the truck back to service and get it on their computer. They took it back for 3+ hours and he came back and said the truck has more issues than the code reader said, and suggested I look at another truck much newer and very very expensive, $70K. He suggested another truck in my range and we test drove it. I said I was not sure about this truck and its customizations. I said it is worth seeing what we could do to get into this one. He came back later and said," we can trade you out of your current truck". I was confused as I had not even been able to drive this one home before it broke down. He said there were only 2 options; get into a new truck for $70K+ and we trade you out of the one you have. The only thing is, this truck is now not worth as much as you paid for it, which would require some funds for a new down payment. I told him it was not an option as I didn't have anymore funds. He said if I bought the powertrain warranty, this wouldn't be an issue. I said I couldn't afford a warranty which would increase the monthly payment by upwards of $100+ more dollars. He said, "sorry those are your options". I repeated 3 or 4 times, are you comfortable having me drive away with a life safety issue that could break down or hurt me driving it home. He said they couldn't really do more for me at that point. The original salesman said he would talk to his General Manager when he got in on the following Tuesday, which he did not, since I didn't get a call or text from him. Each week I text the salesman, called and left messages with the front desk person to escalate my concern to the General Manager. 4 weeks later, the truck is now showing an additional limp code which reduces the speed to 5mph. Since I am 2 hours north, I took the truck to Shottenkirk in Prosper for a full evaluation and they came back with $11K worth of repairs. Just some of the repairs are; ECU update, drive belt replace, leaking rear pinion seal, steering damper, all 4 shock replacement, steering box!!!, and DEF System repair/replace!!! etc... and the list goes on. Currently, I am left with a truck I can't drive, repairs I can't afford. a dealership that does not seem to care about my safety. In my best evaluation, they take in trucks with "known" issues, pass off the issue to the new buyer, which in turn passes off the repair cost to the newly signed warranty company. Rationality says any seller would use this loophole to save a buck and in this case benefit from the transaction financially. If I have to tell you to make sure you get a warranty, it might help you down the road but it also absolves the dealer from doing their on costly repairs to get it sellable.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK! I am posting this review to hopefully help someone before they make a purchase from this dealership. First off, please be aware that you will need to add $5k to whatever price you see online for a VIP warranty that isn't optional. If you are okay with this and decide to go ahead and buy, please ensure that a multipoint inspection was done, and I would ask for proof. I bought a truck from Shottenkirk Toyota Weatherford about a month ago. A few weeks later, the check engine light came on, so I took it to Autozone to find out it has something to do with my catalytic converters. After 5 phone calls to the dealership, I was able to get my paperwork along with the warranty info. I was advised there was an 8 year 80,000 mile warranty that would cover this, so I took it into a dealership in Grapevine. They advised me that the catalytic converters are aftermarket and defoulers (not a car guy, so hopefully I spelled this correctly) were used and that they were stacked. I was advised this is federally illegal, and they told me to reach out to the dealership for resolution. I emailed these pictures over, and after not hearing back for a few hours, I reached out for an update. I was advised that the pictures were sent to the service director, but since they were in meetings this week, they would get back to me. I decided to then post a 1 star review which led to a phone call from the service manager who told me the previous owner had the aftermarket converters installed after theirs were stolen and they would fix the catalytic converters if I took down my review. I took down the review and took my truck the next day. When I got there I sat down with the service manager and asked him if they would reimburse me for the $190 I spent to find the issue along with $120 for needing to replace 2 of the valve stems. I also asked if they could repair a quarter size spot where the paint was scratched, and I asked for a 2nd key. I didn't think this was too much considering the 3 hours I spent waiting for the valve stems to be replaced, the additional 3 hours for the diagnosis of the converters and now the 4 hours to drive to and from the dealership to fix the converters. The service manager wrote down my request and told me he would ask about it. When I came to get my truck, he advised me they were only going to care for the converters. I asked to speak to the GM, but he brought a sales manager to me instead. He began to make it sound like they were doing me a favor for fixing the converters to which I told him should have been caught before the truck was sold to me. He again tried to justify not making things right, but I went ahead and took my truck and left. I hope this review helps someone in the future. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Bought a 2021 Tundra TRD PRO yesterday 5/24 from this dealer. Salesman was Travis Floyd and manager whom I have spoken with is Hunter. I was rushed to completed a review which I did at the salesman’s request yesterday prior to leaving with the truck. When I drove the truck and looked at it with the salesman the PCS warning light says off, but in settings was on. Travis stated the sensors were still behind the aftermarket grill that the previous owner had installed, and that he would make sure and have it addressed. I have tried to reach Travis yesterday after I left and today and he’s no where to be found. The manager states that because the vehicle is used that they are unwilling to make it right as promised by my salesman. Not only am I consulting my attorney, but I will also let everyone I know what a horrible experience this has been and each of you at SHOTTENKIRK should be ashamed of yourselves and your very SHADY business practices. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.

Once she arrived and looked at the car, she was told that there was a $5,000 dealer fee on top of what was discussed. This ruined an entire day/night for my family, simply because they wanted her to come in to the dealership. This was extremely dishonest and disrespectful of our families time. I tried to call the GM to ask why they would do this to someone but no response yet. Unbelievable behavior!

My initial purchase was a pleasant enough experience. The negatives began the minute i pulled off the lot. The check engine light came on and I pulled back in. The catalytic converter went bad and needed to be replaced. They did a partial replacement, which has already gone bad and needs to be replaced again. 3 weeks after owning my vehicle the transmission went out, and I had to return it for warranty work. I had to fight to get a loaner car, and was initially told that my warranty might not cover the repair. After getting the transmission replaced, I had the car for a day before the new transmission went bad. To be fair, this was not the dealerships fault, but the overall lack of quality service I received after this was terrible. My vehicle was at the dealership for months, and I again had to argue for a loaner car. There was a lack of communication on the part of the dealership staff. I called for an update and was left on hold for 30+ minutes and then was told I would be called back with an update. Never got a call back and when I spoke to the service manager, he never even acknowledged the poor level of service his department offered. I have my vehicle back now and it is overall good. I will not ever use this dealership again

I’m writing this google review as if I’m writing to the GM of Shottenkirk. There is no way I can fully put into words what a great experience I had buying my car from Shottenkirk Toyota Weatherford. Whether these men, James Hensley and Dillon Erck, are master salespeople or truly as professionally genuine as they appeared to be – I don’t know, but they were able to break down my defenses, making me feel very good about the car I purchased. I went into the car buying process upset about the loss of my previous vehicle. I didn’t want to be buying a car or dealing with a car salesman. I don’t like to haggle, and I don’t like to be cheated. I was as defensive as a person could be. I found Shottenkirk through the online Sam’s club program. I spoke with James the first night I began searching for a vehicle online. My plan was to make the entire purchase online but James came at me with the best sales pitch, his tone very sincere. Over the next few days, he slowly began to wear down, pulling me away from an online purchase and into the direction of Shottenkirk. Through the process, I had to have spoken to twenty sales people from all over the DFW area and beyond – up into Oklahoma and down as far as Bass Drop, Texas. What James told me the first night, that I needed to buy the car from him because he would have the lowest price, was absolutely true. Shottenkirk was a drive for me. I went into the dealership guarded. Then I met Dillon Erck. He and James double teamed me in the best possible way. :) Dillon, the Finance Manager, took the time to make sure I understood everything put in front of me. He didn’t rush me or come on too strong. He innately knew when to give me time, which I greatly appreciate. I was armed with good financing before I went into the dealership and Dillion managed to get me a better interest rate. I really like and appreciate him. I get that I’m gushing over car salespeople but they're worth it. Use these men to buy your next car. If you have any questions, email me. First, why so many positive reviews(?), because as a business practice, they ask you to review them during your car purchase while you are happy and waiting for financing. Not a one of these positive reviews have either had a problem after the sale, or followed back up, if they did. Overall, Shottenkirk Toyota has been a problematic to deal with after the sale. I have made 7-8 calls over three weeks to discuss an undisclosed discrepancy with the used car I purchased, getting up to two different Sales Managers. Once there, all promised callbacks were neglected. I asked for the GM's info only to be told his number was "unavailable", what?! Barry Schwerdt, if you read this, your entire sales team needs some serious customer service training on call back etiquette and follow through. You, as a GM, should never be "unavailable" to me as a customer. I have no idea if your sales managers are trying to shield you from customers and you are unaware, or you intentionally prefer no to get involved, when requested. As a busy professional, I just don't have the time to play the usual "used car dealership" games - I had hoped you guys were different...you, unfortunately, were not.

I finally sold the car (to cut my losses) and when I reached out to David (sales manager) to get a refund on my "Shottenkirk Care" because NOTHING was covered and I was repeatedly ignored when trying to rectify the situations. David said he wished I would have come to them before selling the car...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? When explaining that I had multiple times giving dates that I made contact, and no one would help or respond to my messages, David said they couldn't help me or refund the "Shottenkirk Care" package that turned out to be useless. The "Shottenkirk Care" is a complete scam. Run from this dealership as they don't take care of their customers once they walk out the door.

I went to Shottenkirk Toyota on 05/16/2022 looking for a
I went to Shottenkirk Toyota on 05/16/2022 looking for a Chevrolet Tahoe. I met Havin Hill, the sales rep. I told him what I was looking for and that I had seen online that they had a 2016 Tahoe that I was interested in. The price online was 32K. Havin Hill was extremely nice and helpful. He gave me two Tahoe's to pick from. I picked the Tahoe that suited me best. I knew the Tahoe was used. 05/16/2022 the date of my purchase the mileage on the 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe was 103572. I purchased several warranties for the used Tahoe in the belief that they would cover any and all things for my vehicle. I paid 10k in warranties through Shottenkirk Toyota Weatherford and ETHOS GROUP INC. Shottenkirk Customer Care was $1,995.00. Prepaid Maintenance from ETHOS was $1,495.00. Ethos Mechanical Breakdown was $6,640.00. The financial woman told me that the warranties would cover bumper to bumper. I went ahead and got all the warranties because it was a used car and had over 103k miles on it under the impression that my warranties would cover it. What I did not know and what they did not tell me is that they sold me the Tahoe as is. I don't understand why they sold me 10k in warranties when they didn't cover any of the problems that came up in the first month of owning the Tahoe. I had to replace the battery on the Tahoe within 3 days of getting it from Shottenkirk. The check engine light came on in the Tahoe. I have family that are in the mechanical field. I had them run a test for me to tell what the codes were for. At that time it was fuel issues codes. I took my Tahoe to Shottenkirk to have them look at the codes and to see if they would repair the issues. After waiting 45 minutes the Service Manager Tim Krolak came out to tell me that it was just a censor and they cleared the code. I knew that was wrong. At that point I felt I was lied to and Shottenkirk lost my trust in that moment. I took my Tahoe to Jerry's GM in Weatherford TX on 06/07/2022 they had to replace my fuel injectors. None of my warranties covered the bill. I paid $1,448.00 when I picked up my Tahoe. The check engine light came on again and I took it back to Jerry's GM to get serviced 06/22/2022. This time the Catalytic Converter had to be replaced. Once again my warranties didn't cover the service. The amount was for $2,417.39. I paid once again out of my pocket. In total in those couple of weeks I paid $3,865.78. Fast track to today 09/28/2022 my Tahoe is back at Jerry's GM. I took in yesterday 09/27/2022 because the Tahoe stalled on my children and I as we were driving on the HWY. I felt the Tahoe was unsafe for my family. Today 09/28/2022 I went to Shottenkirk Toyota to speak with the general manager Barry Schwerdt. I was met outside by a sales rep. I didn't get his name. He said to give him a moment. I waited outside as he went inside to get me the GM. 2 men came out and greeted me outside. They approached me and asked me what they could do to help me? I asked each of them if they were the GM. Each of them said no. I asked if the assistant GM was available and they said no. They said their GM was out of town. I asked the 2 men for their names and at first they would not give them to me. Finally Brandon introduced himself but did not tell me what his role was. I asked the men if we could go inside and sit? They said yes. I brought my contract from the sale on the Tahoe and all the work that I had to do to the Tahoe and simply asked them to please buy the Tahoe back and do the right thing. Brandon said to give him a minute and that he would be back with an answer. Brandon came back and said that they do not buy cars over 100k miles. I know for a fact that is a lie. My Tahoe was sold to me at 103k. I looked on their website today and they have several used cars for sale with over 100k miles. I also learned that Brandon Cooper I is the internet director. Brandon offered me the opportunity to trade my Tahoe in for a different vehicle. When I said no he proceeded to tell me how wrong I was for not taking the Tahoe back to them when it came back on again after their Service manager Tim Krolak cleared my car code and lied about the issues. That's when I tried to explain to him that I bought 10k in warranties. Brandon still said he couldn't help me. I told Brandon he would be hearing from my lawyer. Brandon then said he could no longer speak to me. I did go to my lawyer when I left there. Come to find out my lawyer could not help because Shottenkirk did not check the boss that allowed my warranties to work. So I am reaching out to the Attorney General for help. Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford is full of lies and scams. I do not recommend Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford.

Just terrible service, bought a car and the seat broke 2 months. They tried to charge me $1000 for a new seat motor. They lie about prices mandatory make you buy shottenkirk care for $1995 tons of hidden fees. The. They won’t help you and ignore calls. I would stay far away from these people. Not only does my daughter have to pay the overpriced car. Now to fix it for $1000 which was all her graduation money . Peggy in service was rude us, Brandon the manager was completely unhelpful. I regret buying here. They are truly a shotty place

Original Post: Dealer wouldn't negotiate whatsoever on a used car. Salesperson ghosted me for several hours. Called back and ended up with a rude sales person. When I went to negotiate, they said they would only take list. Avoid them. Extra: Since then I was told to call the Manager for more detail. I called without being annoyed/angry and asked what the car is out the door unrelated to taxes. On their site the car is listed for $37,298. On Truecar the car is listed for the $36,928 or somewhere around there (with the Truecar price). When I asked the Manager what the price would be out the door, I was told $43k. The car new was only worth $40k. They added on their "reconditioning fee". If you read any other review that talks poorly about them, they are obviously a scummy dealer trying to pull a fast one on people. This will be shared on social media (besides this review page), which will give people a fair warning of what this dealer is trying to pull. A $5-6k markup on a used car is insane, hence why this car has been sitting for four months. If you KBB this car, it is worth between $34k-$38k. Shoutout to manager's for at least being honest (If you ask them specifically). If you read some reviews, there are a few people who have driven over an hour just for this bait and switch to happen. I can't wait to see the default response they send to everyone that calls them out for bait and switch. I called a Manager, and this is what I got. "Thank you for your feedback. We would like to extend our most sincere apologies. Due to current market volatility, we are pricing our vehicles immediately following an acquisition. All are reconditioned and made ready for immediate sale. The internet price is the advertised price plus reconditioning, tax, title, license, and any dealer installed options. We disclose this on our website under each vehicle’s information page. If you would like to discuss this further please contact us at 817-597-5000 and ask for one of our managers."

Inquired about a Dodge Durango drove out for a meeting with Alexander, a sales guys we never met but ended up working with Aubrey another sales guy. Aubrey brought a car (20 min later) that was not washed and had two low on air tires that were "super clean" when makes me think the tires we just put on the SUV. Another reason is that the tire gauges were malfunctioning and Aubrey seemed uninterested in finding out the issue or resolution. We agreed on the price and sat down and we were shown a price $4000 higher than what we agreed upon. At this point he begin to say how much he can come down on the price but we cannot do the price we agreed upon. - poor test drive - 6 inch hole in front bumper that was covered with Tape - sales manager allowed a sale to walk away.

Warning shottenkirk Toyota Weatherford This dealership used "bait and switch tactics" which is illegal in this state by the way. My son attempted to buy a truck this weekend. This truck was listed at $16,872. We liked the truck and were going to buy. We were going to pay with cash. In the office we were given the paperwork which showed almost 5k in accessory fees added on. The explanation for this was completely illogical and more importantly illegal. Two different salesmen told us two different things regarding the pricing of the truck. This experience was clearly a "bait and switch" tactic in order to trick people into paying 33% more for the truck/car they want.

As your clients we have purchased 5 vehicles from this location. Since 2015 we have faithfully serviced our 2015 ford pu here as well. Approximately 6 months ago we had our highlander serviced. At that time another customer was bad mouthing the length of time it was taking. Although it was taking longer than normal we were not letting her attitude influence our visit. This recent visit was different. We had an appointment at 9:30. We paid our bill and returned to our truck at 11:56. 2.5 hours after our time slot which was, according to you, an appropriate time. Is this a case of overbooking? The same afternoon, Monday the 19th, I left a voicemail for Mr. Mike Kessler to return my call. On Wednesday the 21st, I left a second voicemail this time for Mr. Barry Schwerdt to return my call. I am writing this on Friday the 23rd and I have yet to hear from either gentlemen. We are so disappointed and feel certain this is not acceptable customer service standards.
